Operation flow of marine export
1. Receiving orders
After accepting the client's power of attorney, review the content of the power of attorney and confirm the entrusted matters.
2. Booking
Prepare the power of attorney to book the shipping space from the shipping company and obtain the shipping company's cabin allocation receipt.
3. Box making
The team obtains the equipment handover form, and takes the containers from the yard to the customer's factory for loading. Or customers directly send the goods to the designated yard or warehouse.
4. Customs declaration
After the complete declaration documents are prepared, the export customs declaration will be started, and the customs will release the goods after passing the examination.
5. Confirmation of bill of lading
Prepare the bill of lading according to the power of attorney and confirm it with the customer to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the contents of the bill of lading.
6. Payment
Confirm the fee sheet with customers and charge related fees.
7. Sign the bill
According to customer's request, issue bill of lading and mail to customer.
8. Return to customs declaration form
One month after the export declaration, the customs declaration form will be returned to the customer for tax refund verification.
9. Port of destination bill of lading
After the goods arrive at the port of destination, the shipping company will inform the consignee to exchange the bill of lading.
10. Customs declaration and delivery
The import declaration shall be started after the complete declaration documents are prepared, and the goods shall be picked up after the customs examination and release.
Notes on maritime export operation
1. The Chinese name displayed on the customs declaration form shall be checked for consistency according to the customs commodity code, and the required customs declaration documents shall be handled and provided according to the supervision conditions.
2. All customs declaration documents must be consistent with the information.
3. Customs may inspect the declared goods to determine whether the condition of the goods is consistent with the information declared on the declaration form.
4. In the peak season of shipping, ships are prone to overload, so declaration procedures should be handled in advance to prevent being dumped by the shipping company.
5. The original bill of lading shall be signed and sealed.
