A. Our company has signed an agreement with DHL Global Forwarding (Hong Kong) limited to fix the agreement price in low and peak seasons every year. Ensure sufficient shipping space and do not arrange warehouses all year round;

Long term stable customers can sign an agreement with our company to fix the off-season price (January 1-August 30) and peak season price (September 1-december 30), and our company will give priority to guarantee the shipping space; Service Introduction: European Amazon double tax, through air transport to Europe, and then use UPS delivery.
C. Our company uses the British bonded warehouse for customs clearance. After the goods arrive at the airport, we use the DHL bonded warehouse. We promise that we will not withdraw the goods for 12 days in the peak season (10 days in the off-season) and compensate RMB 1.0/kg every day until the freight is exempted (except for customs inspection and product problems, which can provide real customs inspection documents). Compensation clause: compensation standard: if the goods are lost during transportation, our company will compensate according to the real purchase value, and the freight will not be refunded; If the customer provides the goods (invoice, packing list, purchase contract, etc.), our company will make compensation within 10 working days, and the maximum compensation shall not exceed 2 times of the freight; If UPS is lost after picking up, the maximum compensation for each ticket shall not exceed 100usd according to UPS compensation standard, and the non refundable freight is free of dispute. In case of natural disasters and other irresistible factors, the company will not make any compensation; If Amazon refuses to accept the shipment, the return freight and any other extra charges will be borne by the customer. Due to the customer's product problems, our company will be responsible for assisting the customs clearance, but will not bear any responsibility: a. the products do not have CE certification, and are not labeled with CE, which leads to customs withholding. B. The products are not declared truthfully, the intellectual property rights are infringed or the import is prohibited by the European Union, resulting in customs withholding. C. Product accessories do not meet the requirements of EU countries, resulting in customs withholding.
