■ Air export operation process
1. Power of attorney
The shipper shall fill in the shipping certificate by himself. The consignment letter shall include the following contents: Shipper, consignee, airport of departure, airport of destination, required route / application booking, declared value for transportation, declared value for customs, insurance amount, handling items, documents attached to the waybill, actual gross weight, tariff category, charged weight, name and quantity of goods, shipper's signature, date, etc.
2. Review documents
The documents shall include: invoice, packing list, consignment letter, submission form, foreign exchange verification form, license, commodity inspection certificate, incoming / incoming processing verification copy, claim / repair agreement, letter of guarantee for payment on arrival and sealing.
3. Booking
After receiving the shipper's delivery forecast, collect and fill in the booking form from the airline's ton control department, and provide corresponding information at the same time; Name, volume, weight, number of packages and destination of the goods; Time required for shipment, etc. The airline arranges the cabin and flight according to the actual situation. When booking, the freight forwarder can choose the best route and carrier according to the consignor's requirements, and strive for the lowest and most reasonable freight rate for the consignor.
4. Receiving
Consignor self delivery: the freight forwarder shall fax the goods warehousing map to the consignor, indicating the contact person, telephone number, delivery address, time, etc. So that the goods can be put into the warehouse timely and accurately.
Freight forwarder's door-to-door pick-up: the consignor shall provide the freight forwarder with specific receiving address, contact person, telephone number, time and other relevant information to ensure the timely warehousing of goods.
5. Export declaration
After the declaration documents are complete, the freight forwarder shall declare to the Customs on behalf of the consignor; After verification, the customs officer shall stamp the release seal on the original waybill for shipment.
6. Cost settlement
The consignor and freight forwarder shall settle the related freight and miscellaneous expenses before the aircraft takes off.
Notes for air export
one The goods can not be transported because the customs investigation department has doubts about the goods; Due to climate reasons, the aircraft needs to temporarily increase the fuel load, which leads to the aircraft take-off and landing weight overload, resulting in pulling down the cargo and controlling the load.
two The outer packing of the goods shall comply with the international transportation standards, and the goods shall not be exposed.
three For oversized and overweight (gross weight ≥ 60kgs), the freight forwarder shall be informed in advance, and the pallet shall be provided for the use of forklift.
